Charly Quick-Out Karabiners (Pair)
In paragliding, Quick-Outs can be used for separating the pilot from their paraglider after using a steerable emergency reserve parachute system. Quick-Outs are also used by some tandem paraglider pilots as a safety back-up to prevent getting dragged in strong winds. However, for safety reasons, it is not recommended to fly tandem in strong wind conditions.
Quick-Outs have also proven invaluable in helicopter operations for police, military and mountain rescue.
