How to connect it to the harness

On the footrest, spot the strap that ends with a buckle only (without clip) and connect it to the main hooking point of the harness (30mm Zicral carabiners). Repeat for both sides of the harness

Spot the strap with the clip. Open the clip by pressing it and and connect it to the buckle on the side of the seat. Close the clip. Repeat for each side of the harness.

To connect the speedbar system to the footrest, spot the elastic strap on the footrest and loop it around the first bar of the speedbar system.

Connect the hook of the elastic strap to the same loop where the elastic starts.
