The speedbag can be adjusted to fit the size of the pilot’s legs thanks to the cords situated at the side of the inside of the speedbag. It is essential that the speedbag is correctly adjusted so that the pilot is comfortable during flight. Adjust it in a hang frame before your first flight.
The speedbag is the leg fairing part of a paragliding pod harness, sometimes also referred to as the leg cover or pod.
