Icaro Nerv 2.0 Headlining (for Nerv 2.0 only)

The Icaro Nerv 2.0 Helmet Shell is sold without a head lining and cannot be used alone. If you don’t already have a compatible head lining, you must add one to your order.

Shell size SM fits head lining sizes S (55-56 cm) or M (57-58 cm), while shell size L fits head lining size L (59-60 cm) or XL (61-62 cm)

The Icaro Nerv 2.0 Headlining is only compatible with Nerv 2.0 helmets, not Nerv 1.0 or other helmets.

Nerv 2.0 Head Lining sizes

The Nerv 2.0 head lining comes in three sizes with an adjustable sizing wheel for head circumferences from 55 to 62 cm. Size S and M fit shell size SM, while size L and XL fits shell size L.

Sizing guide

Helmet size refers to the inner circumference of the padding. The numbers in brackets show the pilot's head circumference (in cm), measured with a soft tape as shown in the diagram.

Please note that there are two versions of the outer shell: one for larger sizes and one for smaller sizes. Be sure to choose the correct version.

If you're unsure whether to choose the larger helmet (size 59) or the smaller one (size 58), we recommend going for the larger version. It can be adjusted with the rotary size regulator, even if it feels slightly large at first. The smaller size 58, however, cannot be adjusted if it feels too tight.
