Tested in the Himalayas
The Skin 4 P is an evolved version of the wing used by our pilots on K2. Drawing on their feedback, Niviuk has enhanced its accessibility, refined its in-flight behaviour, and reduced its weight — all while maintaining exceptional control, even at extreme altitudes.
Radically lightweight and compact
Weighing under one kilo in the smallest size, the Skin 4 P is the lightest wing ever created by Niviuk. Every component has been redesigned to achieve the lowest possible weight.
Constructed from the new ultralight and durable N10 22 g fabric, it’s significantly lighter and more compact than the previous model — packing easily into backpacks of under 30 L.
Launch and land anywhere
Take-offs are effortless: the Skin 4 P inflates easily and rises smoothly above the pilot without overshooting, even in light wind. It’s an excellent choice for safe launches in tight or technical areas.
On landing, the wing offers greater and more progressive speed retention, ensuring a predictable and intuitive flare every time.

Reduced aspect ratio
With its reduced aspect ratio of 4.9 and predictable in-flight behaviour, the Skin 4 P is very stable and safe.
More durable than ever, thanks to Nitinol
The use of ultrafine Nitinol rods in the leading edge provides excellent long-term durability.
Take off tabs
The wing can be secured to the ground with small metal tabs attached to the canopy. This is especially useful on steep launches, snowy terrain or slippery surfaces. The metal tabs come as standard with the Skin 4 P.
Minimalist risers
The risers of the Skin 4 P have been simplified to the maximum. Despite this, the wing offers higher speed than the Skin 3 P, with better response to turbulence. Its behaviour in active air is more efficient and agreeable.
Lightweight connection
To further reduce weight and materials, there are no connectors between the lines and the risers. The lines are attached directly to the risers using a loop to loop knot, ensuring a safe and lightweight connection. You only need to secure the harness connection to the ends of the risers to be ready to fly.
New structure
The new combination of materials, along with a new layout of slots, ribs, and diagonals, results in a completely redesigned internal structure. The attachment points and load distribution are now much more efficient.
