PULSE: The Next Step
Until now, a pressurised harness was strictly a race-ready machine. It took a long time to set up, was demanding to control, and was reserved for those willing to spend significant time mastering their equipment before enjoying it.
The PULSE incorporates this technology while making it simple to use. It features two automatic buckles for easy entry, instrument mounts positioned directly in your line of sight in "flight" mode, full inflatable protection coverage, dual rescue parachute pockets (one on each side), and a weight of just 3.4 kg in size M.
In short, it offers everything a modern rider looks for, packed into an accessible, easy-to-use harness. It is designed for everyday riders rather than competitive athletes.
THE MISSING STEP
There used to be a wide gap between a standard cross-country harness and a high-performance competition harness. On one hand, you had simple, reliable pod harnesses; on the other, race machines that were demanding to set up and fly.
The PULSE bridges that gap. It allows XC pilots to step up their performance without taking things to extremes—keeping their usual wing and flying style intact.
It introduces an ideal balance: the advanced technology of a pressurised harness combined with the low weight, simplicity, and passive safety of an everyday harness.
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
Built on the foundation of the ALP (our competition harness), the PULSE uses the same pressurised aerodynamic design—featuring an air-intake fairing that inflates fully in flight.
Derived from the DELIGHT 5 (Supair's classic cross-country pod harness), it retains the same geometry, comfort, and handling philosophy: reassuring, easy to fly, and perfect for everyday XC progression.
The PULSE was created to bridge these two worlds.
MORE PERFORMANCE, WITHOUT CHANGING
The PULSE is a pressurised pod harness. Just like competition-grade models, its aerodynamic shape is engineered to channel airflow cleanly around the pilot.
True performance gains come from the combination of pilot, harness, and wing. With the PULSE, pilots boost their overall aerodynamic efficiency without stepping up to a more demanding wing or having to adapt their flying technique.
EASY SETUP, EFFORTLESS TAKEOFF
Two Cobra automatic buckles—one on each side—and a single adjustment per side are all it takes to secure the pilot.
Adjustments are made during the initial setup (preferably on a hang-check stand) and fine-tuned based on feel after your first flight. Once dialed in, the harness stays set—just clip in and fly.
That is what sets the PULSE apart from standard pressurised harnesses: it delivers competition-level technology with the plug-and-play simplicity of an everyday pod.
DUAL RESCUE CONTAINER SYSTEM
Two rescue parachute pockets—one on each side—are a rare sight on a standard cross-country harness.
In addition, the PULSE features full inflatable impact protection and an integrated anti-fall system for maximum passive safety.
Combining the aerodynamics of high-end competition machines with comprehensive safety features, it delivers the exact level of equipment cross-country pilots have every right to expect. Exceptional performance no longer comes at the expense of safety.
GO THE DISTANCE
Five or six hours in the air, an FAI triangle, two or three mountain ranges crossed in a single day—that’s where a harness is truly tested, not on the launchpad.
Your instruments stay right in your line of sight, the ergonomic seat structure keeps you secure and comfortable, and the contoured carbon-fibre footplate cleanly transmits feedback from your wing.
