Woody Valley have designed the LIGHTSHIELD protection to provide further upper back protection for certain of their paragliding harnesses. See the description for more details, and which harness models.

Woody Valley's LIGHTSHIELD protection is made of materials that have been tested and certified by TUV SUD, in accordance with standard EU 89/686/EEC Category 2. Furthermore, the protection is TUV/GS certified.
The LIGHTSHIELD protection is compatible with the following Woody Valley harnesses: GTO light, Aska, Haska2 Wani2, Wanì light. It's not designed for other harnesses.
