R-Bus 3: THE CONFIDENCE TO FLY TOGETHER
Target
Professional flights with a trike
A tandem paramotor wing designed for professional pilots looking for stability, durability and predictable behaviour. Its solid structure allows for comfortable and efficient flying during intensive use.
Recreational PPG tandem flights
Enjoy tandem paramotoring in maximum comfort with your passenger. The R-Bus 3 adapts to the needs of both the pilot and passenger, providing the most enjoyable recreational flying experience.
In detail
Improved stability and manoeuvrability
The R-Bus 3 reduces roll movements and maintains a straighter and more stable flight path. Lateral stability has been improved compared with the previous model. Its consistent behaviour provides greater comfort for both the pilot and passenger and reduces the corrections required during flight.
Turns are easier to initiate and control. The brake system configuration allows the wing to be manoeuvred with moderate brake pressure, provides a progressive response and maintains smooth, balanced turns, even with high loads.
Extended speed range
The trim travel has been extended to increase the maximum speed and provide a wider speed range. Operation remains progressive, easy and precise, allowing the pilot to adapt the flight more effectively to the weather conditions, the load and the type of experience they want to offer the passenger.
The R-Bus 3 combines an efficient cruising speed with good glide performance, helping to reduce fuel consumption. In the event of an engine failure, its reduced sink rate provides an additional safety margin: -2.5 m/s for a wing loading of 420 kg on a size 40 wing.
Controlled launches and landings
The R-Bus 3 inflates uniformly and compactly. The wing rises quickly without a tendency to overshoot and takes up the weight smoothly, making it easier to control from the ground, even in less favourable conditions. In nil-wind conditions or when the wing has absorbed a significant amount of moisture, we recommend setting the trimmers to the first mark (the two green lines) to assist inflation in particularly demanding conditions.
During the final phase, its efficient glide, good speed and height retention and progressive brake response provide greater control during the approach and allow for smooth and precise landings.
The extended speed range also helps reduce the distance required for both launch and landing, providing greater comfort and control throughout the manoeuvre.
Robust and reinforced
The R-Bus 3 has a certified structural load of up to 600 kg and a reinforced construction designed for intensive use. The total flying weight range varies according to the size to ensure appropriate behaviour in every configuration.
It distributes the loads uniformly, helping to maintain the shape of the profile and provide solid behaviour.
The TNL-500 main lines, with a diameter of 2.45 mm, are designed to withstand high loads, while the sheathed line set improves wear resistance and overall durability. The risers incorporate stronger webbing, while the upper and lower surfaces are made from Dokdo 42 g/m² fabric, selected for its balance between strength and service life.
