Flybubble note: Gin Gliders released the Yeti Convertible 2 harness with an optional airbag in black and orange in 2017. In 2022, they updated the materials and colours to grey and red while keeping the design the same. The user manual dated 11/2017 still shows the original black and orange version.
Yeti Convertible 2: ultralight convertible
The Yeti Convertible 2 harness offers maximum comfort and convenience, featuring new advancements in lightweight materials combined with a geometry carefully optimized for top comfort and usability.
Extra comfort on the ground and in the air
The Yeti Convertible 2 features a redesigned rucksack, which offers an improved load distribution — around 30/70 between shoulders and waist. Comfort features have also been added to the harness, yet the weight remains a compact 1.4 (size M).
Improved Yeti Convertible 2 Airbag (optional extra, not included)
The Yeti Convertible 2 can be paired with an optional airbag that reduces impact forces and includes an integrated reserve compartment for under-seat reserves.
The airbag's improved inflation system and titanium wire structure enhance safety, simplify packing, and maintain shape. It accommodates GIN lightweight reserves, with a volume of 3-7L.
The airbag is easy to fit with a zipper and three connection points on each side. The speed system line should go between the airbag and harness.

The Yeti Convertible 2 is part of a versatile system that covers all your lightweight needs. For greater protection, simply add the optional airbag with reserve compartment. Finally, add a Yeti paraglider and you're good to go!

Caution
Automatic aluminium carabiners have a limited lifetime due to metal fatigue. They must be replaced after 5 years or 500 flight hours, whichever is soonest. They should never be used between spreaders and tandem wing risers as main carabiners. They should also never be used to connect reserve systems.
