Tandem Spreaders

Tandem spreaders (also known as "tandem spreader bars") for dual paragliding. Some prioritise features, durability or cost over light weight. Others prioritise low weight over other characteristics. Some spreaders feature a rigid bar separating the pilot from the passenger; these are known as "hard", "rigid" or "standard" spreaders. Others do not feature a rigid bar between the pilot and passenger; these are known as "soft", "flexible" or "supple" spreaders. Some soft spreaders feature a trim system so the pilot can adjust his/her position. Some spreaders are compatible with quick-out karabiners, others not.
