Note: Some products have shipping restrictions, such as products with batteries cannot be shipped to Germany. You will be notified at checkout when specifying your delivery address.

Once we receive your confirmed order and payment has cleared, assuming everything you've ordered is in stock, we'd usually ship your order within 3 UK business days.

From then it should take a further 1-2 days to arrive in the UK or 4-10 days to arrive worldwide, assuming no unexpected delays. Sometimes it may take longer.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer.

Out of stock items

For out of stock items we may deliver what we have in stock now and then send the out of stock item when it arrives. You may also be given a choice to change the out of stock item for another item (any difference in price will be payable or refundable) or to cancel your complete order with us and be refunded in full.

Multiple stock locations

If your order contains items from multiple stock locations then these will be shipped to you separately.

You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment as it is processed.

Deliveries shipped using tracked & signed-for services

For most deliveries we use a tracked and signed-for service, ensuring a swifter and more reliable service to you with proof of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped a shipment confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Please ensure someone is present at the shipping address to receive your parcel when it arrives.

We cannot control delivery times, which are down to the shipping service making the delivery.

Special or urgent delivery requirements

If you have special or urgent delivery requirements, please check with us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements within reason but please understand that sometimes it may not be possible to get the item you want by your deadline date, especially if you've placed your order at the last minute or not allowed enough time. We recommend that to avoid disappointment you always place your order as soon as possible and allow as much time as possible for unforeseen delays.

Our online shop displays the live current stock information for all products using the following icons and labels:

Shipping times vary depending on destination country and other factors. See below for more info.


We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide and other courier companies (e.g. DHL, DPD) for shipping orders both within and outside the UK.

Which shipping company and service we use depends on various factors including but not limited to shipment value, shipping weight, volumetric size, shipping destination and any relevant current circumstances e.g. strikes, systems issues etc.

All prices are shown in £ British Pounds Sterling (GBP). For other currencies use an online currency converter.

All prices on our website are displayed including United Kingdom (UK) Value Added Tax (VAT) as standard. This is because the website does not know which country you wish to have your order shipped to until you confirm your shipping address in the checkout, and assumes that you are within the UK by default.

The UK VAT rule is based on where the order is sent, not the billing address or where you live.

Orders sent within the UK

For all orders sent within the United Kingdom, UK VAT is applicable by rule of law. The law requires the seller to charge UK VAT on all orders sent within the UK.

Orders sent outside the UK

For orders sent outside the United Kingdom, UK Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable. Our website will remove the UK VAT once you confirm your non-UK address and confirm the shipping cost in the checkout before you make payment.

How to see prices displayed without UK VAT?

To see prices without UK VAT in your basket, enter your country outside the UK in the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' section of the Summary of your basket.

To see prices without UK VAT in the checkout, enter a shipping addresss outside the UK in the checkout.

To see prices without UK VAT as you browse our website, you will need to register with the site and give a shipping address outside the UK.

For shipments inside the UK, local import duties and sales taxes (customs charges) are included.

For shipments outside of the UK, any local import duties and sales taxes (customs charges) are not included.

The customer will be required to pay any customs-related charges which may be levied by the country's customs authorities once the shipment reaches their country and has been processed by their country's customs. Expect to be contacted by your local carrier for any local customs and duty that is due. Once you have paid your order can be delivered. You'll need to pay the amount due before delivery.

For questions relating to your country's customs regulations, taxes etc you will need to check official government websites for your country.

The SimplyDuty website offers a quick tool to calculate import duty & taxes for hundreds of destinations worldwide.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the United Kingdom.

Please ensure that you enter the correct billing and shipping name and address for your order otherwise it may fail our payment fraud checks. This could mean that your payment is held by your bank, and we may therefore have to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with all the correct details.

It is essential that you enter the correct shipping address for your order, including selecting the correct country, otherwise we may have to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with the correct shipping address and country selected.

To avoid issues with the many different international systems, please only use alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9).

We pack every order carefully to prevent any damage to your goods in transit.

For environmental reasons, and to help keep shipping costs down, we generally use as much recycled packaging material (boxes, bags, wrapping, bubble wrap etc) as possible. So if you receive your order in a used box or bag, or with used packaging inside, you can be happy to know that it's for the good of the environment and to save you money. If however you would like your order sent in a new box or bag then please specify this when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rest assured that we will of course never use packaging that is dirty or odorous.

If for any reason you are not happy with the way we've packaged your order then please do let us know, thank you.

We of course want you to be happy with our service and receive your order as soon as possible. We do all we can within reason to make this happen and are continually looking for better ways to serve you.

However it is inevitable that some unexpected delays en route may happen e.g. unexpected shipping delays, customs delays, disruptive global events etc. We cannot of course be held responsible for these unexpected delays.

Any disruption affecting shipping logistics or customs is likely to result in delivery delays, meaning your order will take longer than expected to reach its destination. These delays may continue for some time after the disruption has ended whilst those involved in the supply chain catch up with inevitable backlogs.

Once we ship the order it's in the hands of the shipping company and customs offices. We will do what we can to help, however there is only so much we can do.

From experience, nearly all orders will reach their destination within the expected time or without much delay. However occasionally orders can be delayed for extended periods. Very rarely, orders are returned to us after an extended delay. Problems mostly occur because the delivery address given to us was incorrect or problematic.

Royal Mail delivery

Royal Mail state that for UK delivery of 1st Class mail they aim to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.

They also state that items sent by 1st or 2nd Class and Signed For servivces are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.

This is outside of our control as the actual delivery is down to Royal Mail. See the Royal Mail website for more details.

Non delivery

Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with Royal Mail or our couriers. As a guide for UK deliveries, if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.
