If your country is not listed above then we are sorry but our website is not currently set up to accept orders from or ship to your country at this time. One solution is to ask someone you know who lives in one of the countries listed above to place an order on your behalf. We send the order to them and they forward it on to you. We realise this isn't ideal, but it works!

*Please note that for online orders to these countries, a quote for shipping will be emailed to you within 3 working days of your order being placed with us. You will need to pay the shipping costs prior to goods being dispatched.

Stock situation & expected time to ship

Our online shop displays the live stock situation for products and the expected time it will take us to be able to ship it from when the product is in our stock.

If a product shows the green stock status icon Green stock status icon with text "In stock" then this means that it is currently in our stock. Otherwise it is not.

If a product is in our stock then after the green stock status icon with text "In stock" there will usually be some more text to indicate the expected time it will take us to be able to ship it from when the product is in our stock.

For example if a product shows the green stock status icon with text "In stock, shipped 24-72h" then this means that the product is in our stock and we expect to be able to ship it within 24-72h.

If a product shows the blue stock status icon Blue stock status icon with text "To order" then this means that it is not in our stock and we will need to order it in after we have received your order.

If there is no text to indicate the expected time it will take to order a product in then this is unknown and we will confirm this to you after we have received your order.

For example if a product shows "To order, 1-2 weeks" then this means that we will order it in for you after we have received your order and it is expected to take 1-2 weeks for us to receive it into our stock.

If a product shows the blue stock status icon with text "Ordered" then this means that we have already ordered this product in from the manufacturer and are waiting to receive it into our stock.

If a product shows the orange stock status icon Orange stock status icon with text "Out of stock" then this means the product is currently out of stock. This often means the product is not currently available, and might become available again in future. For example, the manufacturer might not have a scheduled production time for the product.

If a product shows the orange stock status icon with text "Sold out" then the product has sold out.

If a product shows the orange stock status icon with text "Sold" then the product has been sold. For example a used item which has been sold.

If a product shows the orange stock status icon with text "No longer available" then the product is no longer available.

The text after the grey delivery truck icon Grey delivery truck icon indicates the expected time it will take us to be able to ship the product from when we have received it into our stock. For example if it shows "1-3 workdays" then we expect it to take us 1-3 workdays to be able to ship the product from when we have received it into our stock.

Order despatch & delivery times (UK & Europe)

Your order will usually be despatched within 1-3 working days, if all items are in stock, but sometimes it may take longer. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Custom orders or specialist items may take longer.

If you have a special or urgent delivery requirements then please check with us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements within reason but please understand that sometimes it may not be possible to get the item you want by your deadline date, especially if you've placed your order at the last minute or not allowed enough time. We recommend that to avoid disappointment you always place your order as soon as possible and allow as much time as possible for unforeseen delays.

If you've ordered an item which is out of stock, or your order is delayed for any other reason, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. For out of stock items we will give you the choice to either wait for the out of stock item to come in and send your complete order together, deliver what we have in stock now and then send the out of stock item when it arrives, change the out of stock item for another item (any difference in price will be payable or refundable) or you can cancel your complete order with us and we will refund you in full.

We can't of course be held responsible for delays on route (e.g. the postal or courier service). If there has been any postal strike action (or any other disruption which may affect postal or delivery services) recently there may be additional delivery delays, therefore your order may take longer than normal to reach the shipping address you specified. These delivery delays may continue for some time after postal strike action (or other disruption to postal or delivery services) has finished.

All of our order deliveries are made using a signed-for service. This ensures a swifter, more reliable service to you, and we have proof that they have been delivered. Please ensure that someone will be present at the shipping address you specified to receive your parcel when it arrives. We cannot control the times at which deliveries will be made to the shipping address you specified. This is down to the postal or courier service making the delivery, which is totally outside of our control.

UK orders

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide or other courier services for shipping orders within the United Kingdom.

Royal Mail say that for UK delivery of 1st Class mail they aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail say that: "Items sent by 1st or 2nd Class and Royal Mail Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date." This is of course totally outside of our control as the actual delivery is down to Royal Mail. See the Royal Mail website for more details.

European & Worldwide orders

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide or other courier services for shipping orders outside the of the UK.

Please ensure you select the correct country from the list when entering your billing and shipping addresses for your order.

UK & International orders & VAT

All prices on our website include UK VAT as standard. This is because the website does not know which country you are in until you give your address, and assumes that you are within the EC VAT Territory by default.

For orders sent inside the EC VAT Territory, UK VAT is applicable. i.e. the customer is required to pay UK VAT on orders.

For orders sent outside the EC VAT Territory, UK VAT is not applicable. The customer may however be required to pay any import duties and sales taxes which may be levied once the shipment reaches their country.

Please register with the site, giving your full address, and the correct prices will then be shown i.e. with or without VAT.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.

Orders from outside Europe

Our website is currently set up to accept orders from and ship to a limited number of countries / regions / zones (listed at the top of this page) outside of Europe at this time. 

If your country is not listed above then we are sorry but our website is not currently set up to accept orders from or ship to your country at this time. One solution is to ask someone you know who lives in one of the countries listed above to place an order on your behalf. We send the order to them and they forward it on to you. We realise this isn't ideal, but it works!

Billing & Shipping name & address

Please ensure that you enter the correct billing and shipping name and address for your order otherwise it may fail our payment fraud checks, which could mean that your payment is held by your bank, and we may therefore have to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with all the correct details.

All deliveries sent with logos on as standard

As standard all packages and envelopes are sent with Flybubble logos on them. If you'd like your order to be sent without logos then please Contact Us to let us know after you place your order.

Non delivery

Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with Royal Mail or our couriers. As a guide for UK deliveries, if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.

Packaging

For environmental reasons, and to help keep shipping costs down, we generally use as much recycled packaging material (boxes, bags, wrapping, bubble wrap etc.) as possible. So if you receive your order in a used box or bag, or with used packaging inside, you can be happy to know that it's for the good of the environment and to save you money. If however you would like your order sent in a new box or bag then please specify this when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rest assured that we will of course never use packaging that is dirty or odorous. We always pack every order carefully to prevent any damage to your goods in transit. If for any reason you are not happy with the way we've packaged your order then please do let us know, thank you.

Shipping costs

Actual shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of your order and your shipping address, and will be shown in the checkout before the payment stage (unless the countries require a custom shipping quote in which case you will be emailed this). Therefore it's essential that you enter the correct shipping address for your order, including selecting the correct country, otherwise the shipping cost may be incorrect and we may have to cancel your order so that you can place a new order with the correct shipping address and country selected.

Below is a table giving an approximate idea of shipping costs to addresses within the UK mainland. The values in the table are not exact, and are only meant to serve only as a rough guideline.
