AustriAlpin POWERFLY Slide Autolock Karabiner

Stainless-steel carabiner with auto-lock mechanism for paragliding harnesses with 25/45mm webbing straps. Equipped with the special Slide Auto-lock gate this air sports carabiner provides a maximum of safety, reliability, and durability. Due to its very high breaking strength, it is the ideal partner for tandem flying, acro (aerobatic paragliding) and paramotoring (aka power paragliding, PPG) pilots.

The carabiner’s gate has been designed to minimize gate play when closed. This minimizes the negative effects of constant vibration stress on the carabiner. The Slide Autolock allows for reliable locking without lock manipulation, yet it can be opened easily by just pressing the slider.

Due to the higher breaking strength of stainless-steel carabiners compared to aluminum carabiners, AUSTRIALPIN generally recommends using only stainless-steel carabiners for tandem flights. The corresponding marking on the carabiner is the abbreviation "mono+bi".

Due to its shape, the POWERFLY carabiner is designed for the use of 25/45 mm webbings only!

The maximum service life is reached after 1500 flight hours or 5 years from first use.
