A will to achieve perfection In designing the ICEPEAK 3 we at Niviuk have created a competition glider with even better performance than its younger brother the Icepeak XP, however we have have also ensured within the design that the security and easy piloting characteristics of the Icepeak XP have been maintained. The ICEPEAK 3 offers many advances in the design; a unique glider profile allowing maximum stability and performance at high speed, an advanced rigifoil system, a re-designed “low effort” speed system for smooth and significant speed transitions and a minimalistic but very efficient a line plan
Performance from technology To achieve such high performance we have developed the technology used in design the ICEPEAK 3 and with completely new geometry, a flatter wing with an aspect ratio of 7.5, fewer lines and the proven security of the XP, the ICEPEAK 3 is the wing for pilots wishing to reach the highest point on the podiums. The Icepeak XP was superb and from that we have brought you new technology available in the ICEPEAK 3. Available in two colours and with seven sizes available, the ICEPEAK 3 offers the perfect weight range for all pilots.
Team Work The very first Icepeak from Niviuk was released in 2006 and since that date Olivier Nef and his designdesign team have not become complacent. They continued to research, develop and refine the Icepeak 06, which ultimately resulted in the release of the very successful Icepeak XP. Now, using the very latest advancements in R&D technology, the added years of research and after many prototypes and exhaustive testing, Olivier Nef and the team at Niviuk have now brought to you the ICEPEAK 3.

IRS (Internal Reinforcement System)
The IRS offers more rigidity and gives to the glider an incredible energy absorption capacity in turbulences. The feeling in the harness is incomparable because of the direct feeling with the glider.
You know exactly the configuration of the glider and you can anticipate the movements very early.
MSV (Mesh speed Valve)
The MSV is a system of governor-valve of internal pressure. The fabric valve is closed or not depending of the speed and gives always the optimum internal pressure to absorb the encountered turbulences. These pictures show the final aspect of the MSV system. A very clean finishing touch for the “class” aspect of the ICEPEAK 3.
