ABOUT CUSTOM COLOURS
Ozone encourages you to customize your own personal colour combination for your wing. Customization generally incurs a fee. Once you’ve decided you can share your design with your friends, or if you are ready to order, send it to us at Flybubble.
Please note that because the glider will be built specifically for you in the Ozone factory, payment must be received before production can begin.
FABRIC AND COLOUR RESISTANCE
Please be aware that the colour you see on your screen may not accurately represent the actual fabric colour. Given the wide variance in monitor calibration and the fabric appearance in different light and colour combinations, it is impossible to perfectly represent fabric colour on the screen. If you have any doubts about the colours, look at photos of various wings on our website to see them in different light and colour combinations or contact Flybubble to see the fabric in person.
All of the fabric that Ozone use undergoes extensive testing in prototype colour phase to ensure colourfastness, mechanical stability, porosity, and general longevity before they put it into production. Once the fabric is in production, every meter of it is rigorously inspected upon arrival in the Ozone factory, and fabric which does not pass the stringent quality control standards is returned to the manufacturer. All of the colours that Ozone manufacture score between 4 and 5 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest possible rating for longevity.

Light Intermediate - EN B
- 20% Less ling drag
- Refined shark nose profile
- G-String leading edge
- Double 3D Shaping
This is the ideal travel & adventure wing in the intermediate range. With highly capable XC performance and very low weight and pack volume, it carries as well as it glides. When paired with the SOLOS harness, the total weight is under 7kg for an easy and comfortable lightweight XC kit.
The Shark Nose profile has been improved by refining the openings for improved pressurisation at all angles of attack and adding G-Strings, as seen on the Rush 5. G-String straps maintain a cleaner opening shape during accelerated flight, and aid re-inflation behaviour, meaning that collapses open faster with less height loss. The leading edge benefits from double 3D shaping and improved sail tension in this aerodynamically critical area.
New Internal Structure
The G6’s glide performance in active air and accelerated flight is significantly improved thanks to spanwise straps and modified cross-ports which have improved cohesion, tension, and spanwise flow, resulting in better turbulence absorption with reduced sail deformation.
The G6’s internal structure is engineered for longevity. The top surface is made from a mix of Dominico 20D and Porcher 27 Classic, and the lower surface from Porcher 27 Classic. It is 1.55kgs lighter than the Buzz Z6 and 350g lighter than its predecessor without compromising strength or durability!
- Top Surface Cloth: Dominico N20D / Skytex 27 Classic
- Bottom Surface Cloth: Skytex 27 Classic

- Lower Lines: Liros PPSL/Edelrid 8000U
Launch & Flight
Above all, the G6 is comfortable and easy to fly. Thanks to a lighter sail, improved efficiency, and a more cohesive and agile feel, launching and ground-handling have never been easier. In the air, the handling is intuitive, fun, and super agile. Brake input is progressive, with a precise feel. In thermals and active air, the structural improvements create a comfortable yet informative wing.
Lightweight and low pack volume, the Geo 6 is ideal for travelling pilots and hike & fly missions. It’s for pilots who generally fly 30-50 hours per year, or for more experienced pilots seeking high levels of passive safety.
