Where we'll be going

Starting in Santiago de Chile, we'll be working our way up the country over two weeks, visiting and flying at the very best Chilean paragliding flying sites the country has to offer along the way - including world-famous Iquique - and seeing many amazingly beautiful places and incredible sights along the way!

About the fly-guides

Carlo Borsattino, 2004 British Paragliding Team member and BHPA* Senior Paragliding Instructor of over 10 years, will be your Flybubble Paragliding fly-guide for this trip.

As well as his native English language, Carlo speaks fluent Spanish and French, and some Portuguese. He will be working together with expert Chilean pilots and instructors, and local Chilean people, to ensure that you make the very most of the superb flying sites and conditions that this incredible country has to offer, and - most importantly - that you have the most flying and fun humanly possible!

What's not included

The following things are not included in the price of the trip, as the cost of them may vary a lot, from person to person and time to time, and to keep things slightly flexible. Also, we don't try and make any money out of these things from you by 'including' them in the price!...

- Flights, which (from the UK) are usually around ??600, plus airport taxes.

- Lunches and dinner, although food is generally very cheap in Chile, and we will recommend and take you to some excellent places! The food in Chile is generally excellent, especially the seafood! :- ))

- Drinks, which are again generally pretty cheap. We recommend trying the Chilean national drink, Pisco Sour, which tastes MUCH nicer than it sounds! ;^)

Flight info

We will be flying into Chile's Capital city, Santiago de Chile, and being met at the airport by our local Chilean guides.

To make things easier for everyone, we usually find the most suitable flights for the group for each trip, at the best price, and then reserve flights for the individual to pay for directly. If someone can't make those flights, or doesn't want to take those flights for any reason, then they are completely free to book their own flights, if they prefer.

We much prefer if everyone is on the same flight, to keep things simple, but we understand this is not always possible as pilots come from all over the World. All we ask is that everyone is at the arrival airport at the same time - or even better, earlier - than the main group arrival time for the airport transfer, to minimise on the group waiting around.
