Last of the Summer Climbs - The return!
On the 10th September the Southern Club will once again be having a Summer Bash, and it'll be bigger and better than last year, open to other clubs & with something for all the family to enjoy.
During the day we will be holding ground handling, GPS and thermalling workshops, as well as a GPS inspired treasure hunt, reserve repack session and a model helicopter display. There will be activities laid on for children including a bouncy castle (also for the big kids among us), face painting and a movie tent, plus an "It's a knockout Competition" for all the family.... Prizes for the events include free tandem rides, bottles of booze, oh and a stuffed parrot....
In the evening there will be live music, a bbq and hog roast.
Cost is £20 in advance £25 on the gate, £3 for kids. This includes evening food and camping.
