We don't include the following things in the cost of our SIV courses...

What's not included?

We don't include the following things in the cost of our SIV courses as the cost of them can fluctuate a lot, and we don't try to make any money out of them from you.

- Flights. These are usually around ??180 plus airport taxes. We find the best price for flights for each trip and then reserve flights for the individual to pay for directly themselves. It is always best if everyone is on the same flight, but we understand this is not always possible as people come from all over the UK. All we ask is that, to minimise unnecessary delays, everyone is at the arrival airport at the same time, or earlier than the main group arrival time for the airport transfer.

- Accommodation. There are many hotels in Oludeniz, from around ??15 per night B&B. We don't include the accommodation in our courses because 1) we can't control the prices hotels set, 2) we don't try to make any money from this, and 3) there are just so many different places to stay in Oludeniz to suit all manner of taste and pocket! We do however strongly recommend that all the pilots in our group stay at the same hotel as us, as this makes the logistics much easier for everyone - especially yourself. We usually stay at an inexpensive (around ??15-20 per night) middle of the road B&B but, in 2006 we stayed at an all inclusive hotel at ??25-??30 per person per night full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
We will let you know which hotel we will be staying at in due course once you have booked.

- Turkish Forestry Authority Road Toll. This is an extra, payable for each and every trip up the mountain. It should be approximately ??6-8, payable in Turkish Lira and collected by the truck driver per trip.

NOTES:

Additional transport rides to the top take-offs (1700m-2000m) at Baba Dag Mountain will cost approximately ??6 per trip, plus the Turkish Forestry Authority road toll.
