The 2010 competition was launched in the best way for the NIVIUK colours. The first competition of the Italian Cup was launched on the 13th of March in Aviano (Italy). Thanks to its proximity to Slovenia, Aviano hosted a large number of pilots, including the famous Valic brothers, Urban and Aliaz aboard the unprecedented ICEPEAK 4. The event was held in difficult weather conditions, which served to test the pilots and their new gliders. The final results of the first stage are impressive.
